The Integrated Head Package (IHP) of the passive nuclear power plant is located at the upper part of the reactor pressure vessel, mainly consisting of a shroud, a top spreader, a control rod drive mechanism (CRDM) seismic support structure, a cable support structure, a cantilever crane and Control rod drive mechanism cooling fan and other components. The integrated stack top assembly is very complex and is assembled from more than 10,000 parts. There are many kinds of materials required for the manufacture of integrated stacking components, about 20 kinds of materials, more than 100 kinds of specifications, and more than 200 kinds of purchased standard parts. The integrated stacking top assembly uses three cantilever cranes to quickly remove the reactor roof bolts during the nuclear power plant reactor shutdown and refueling, and simultaneously removes the cable quick joints, and realizes the pressure vessel top cover through the top cover spreader connected to the pressure vessel top cover. Quickly dismantle and move to stop the refueling.
